Název bakalářské práce: Vyšetření a terapie stability u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě Podnázev: Využití prvků Bobath konceptu v terapii poruch stability ABSTRAKT: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stability u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem stabilita, jsou popsány jednotlivé typy posturální kontroly. Dále teoretická část obsahuje přehled nejznámějších testů využívaných k vyšetření jednotlivých typů posturální kontroly. Shrnuje obecné zákonitosti terapie rovnovážných poruch u pacientů po CMP. Je zde popsán Bobath koncept jako možnost terapeutického přístupu k pacientům s poruchou stability vzniklou jako následek CMP. Praktická část je zpracována formou dvou kazuistik. Cílem praktické části práce bylo ověřit účinnost terapie s využitím vybraných prvků Bobath konceptu u pacientů s poruchami rovnováhy. Výsledek byl objektivizován škálou BESTest. It's divided into theorethical and practical part. In the theoretical part, balance is defined as a term and particular types of postural control are described. The theoretical part also involves overview of the best known tests used for examination component types of postural control. It summarizes basic rules of postural impairment therapy of patients after stroke. There is also described the Bobath concept as an option for therapeutical approach to patients with balance impairment, which is caused by stroke in case history. The practical part consists of two case studies. The goal of practical part was to verify an effect of therapy by using selected elements of Bobath concept in patients with balance impairment. The result was objectified with the use of BESTest scale. Key words: stroke, balance, Bobath concept, balance control, balance training, physiotherapy.
