rigorózní práce Dekrety prezidenta republiky ve vztahu k odsunu sudetských Němců z Plzeňska a Klatovska Tato rigorózní práce je zaměřena na dekrety prezidenta republiky Edvarda Beneše v letech 1940-1945 ve vztahu k odsunu sudetských Němců, především Němců z Plzně, Klatov a okolí. Rigorózní práce krátce popisuje dějiny česko-německých vztahů od nejstarších dob do poloviny dvacátého století, dále vývoj československého státního občanství od vzniku Československa do roku 1953, zejména jeho změny v roce 1945. Práce dále popisuje vznik a činnost československé exilové vlády v Londýně za druhé světové války a vznik dekretů prezidenta republiky a plány československých politiků i domácího odboje na řešení německé otázky v Československu v průběhu války a po jejím skončení. Práce se zaměřuje na výklad ústavního dekretu č. 33/1945 Sb. o úpravě československého státního občanství osob národnosti německé a maďarské a několika dalších dekretů týkajících se sudetských Němců. Dále je popsán samotný průběh odsunu i dějiny německé menšiny, která zůstala v Československu po odsunu. Další část práce popisuje jak o těchto historických událostech psal dobový tisk, konkrétně Rudé právo a Mladá fronta. Velká část práce je věnována dějinám česko-německých vztahů na Plzeňsku a Klatovsku, zejména v okresech Plzeň-město,... RESUMÉ OF THE RIGOROUS THESIS DECREES OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC IN RELATION TO DEPORTATION OF SUDETEN GERMANS FROM PLZEN AND KLATOVY AREA This Rigorous Thesis is focused on the Decrees of the President Edvard Beneš (more commonly known as the Beneš decretes) issued in 1945 in relation to the deportation of Sudeten Germans, especially Germans living in Plzen, Klatovy and surrounding areas. This Thesis briefly describes the history of Czech-German relationships from the eldest times till the middle of the twentieth century, further then the legal form of the citizenship from 1945 and historical events which in their result led to deportation of German Citizens from Czechoslovakia. It is followed by description of establishment and activity of Czechoslovakian exile government in London during the Second World War and origination of Decrees of the President of the Republic same as development of opinions to the solution of Czech-German coexistence of Czechoslovakian politicians and resistance organizations during the Second World War. The Thesis also mentions the contents of the Constitutional Decree No.33/1945 on Modification of Czechoslovak Citizenship of persons of German and Hungarian ethnicity and several Decrees relating to legal status of Sudeten Germans.
