V souhrnné práci jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé sbírky fotografické dokumentace historických knihovních fondů nalezené při průzkumu sekundárních obrazových informací. Zmíněny jsou možnosti využití dokumentace z různých časových období při restaurátorských pracích, konzervátorských průzkumech a v specifických případech poškození nebo ztráty primárního exempláře. Podrobněji jsou popsány základní faktory ovlivňující kvalitu obrazového záznamu a konkrétní typy dokumentace na náhradních nosičích, které jsou v rámci výběrové digitalizace začleňovány do digitálního archivu Restaurátorského informačního systému ResIS. Další část práce je věnována metodice digitalizace fotografické dokumentace na náhradních nosičích, jejíž součástí je vytvoření archivačního pořádacího systému. V rozborové části jsou uvedeny nejvýznamnější metadatové formáty pro popis historických písemných památek a oblasti jejich použití. Mapování vybraných metadatových prvků schématu TEI P5 ENRICH na navrženou hierarchickou strukturu bylo řešeno v souvislosti s vytvořením nového formátu TEI_RESIS. Systém ResIS je navržen pro komplexní zpracování a prezentaci dokumentace fyzického stavu knihovních exemplářů, systém je využíván také retrospektivním způsobem. Zabezpečení dlouhodobé ochrany dat je jednou z předností systému ResIS [autorský... In comprehensive thesis are characterized particular collections of photographic documentation of historical library holdings which were found during the survey of secondary image information. The possibilities of documentation use from different time periods are mentioned during restoration works, conservation surveys and in specific cases of damage or total loss of the original. In detail are described essential factors affecting the quality of image recording and typical types of photographic documentation on so-called surrogates, which are under selective digitization incorporated into the digital archive of Restoration information system ResIS. Other part of thesis is devoted to the methodology of digitizing the photographic documentation on surrogates, which includes the building up archival organizing system. In part of analysis are mentioned the most important metadata formats for the description of historical written monuments and their field of application. The mapping of selected TEI P5 ENRICH metadata elements into the proposed hierarchical structure was solved in order to create new TEI_RESIS format.
