Umělý výtěr candáta z rybničních chovů byl proveden z preparáty GnRH analogů (Kobarelin, Lecirelin and Ovopel). Kontrolní skupina dostala dehydratované kapří hypofýzy. Nejvíce účinný byl Lecirelin. Artificial spawning of pikeperch females (Sander lucioperca) from pond culture was performed. Synthetic GnRH analogues preparation (Kobarelin, Lecirelin and Ovopel) an carp pituitaries were used for the induction of ovulation.
