Bakalářská práce "Profesiogram jako východisko pro tvorbu metodik pro sociální pracovníky OSPOD v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče" se zabývá rozborem pracovní činnosti sociálního pracovníka obecního úřadu obce s rozšířenou působností, za využití analytického profesiogramu. Práce si klade za cíl vytvoření návrhu jednotné metodiky pro postup sociálního pracovníka při zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče. Teoretická část práce přibližuje systém náhradní rodinné péče v ČR a popisuje potřeby obou cílových skupin, které se snaží sociální pracovník svou činností naplnit. Na systém náhradní rodinné péče je nahlédnuto jako na institut směřující k zajištění blaha a zájmu dítěte prizmatem teorie vazby. Praktická část se zabývá vytvořením profesiogramu sociálního pracovníka na podkladech dotazníkového šetření a časového snímku dne, doplněného o studium dokumentů a rozhovory s pracovníky nadřízeného úřadu. Analýza je založena na výsledcích průzkumu realizovaného na všech pracovištích OSPOD obcí III. typu jednoho kraje, díky čemuž poskytuje ucelený vhled na problematiku. The bachelor thesis "Professiogram as the basis for creation of methodologies for social workers of Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD) in the field of foster care" is focused on an analysis of work activities of social workers of municipal authorities of municipalities with extended competence, using an analytical professiogram. The objective of the thesis is to develop a proposal of a unified methodology for the process of mediation of foster car arranged by a social worker. The theoretical part explains the foster care system in the Czech Republic and describes needs of both target groups that are supposed to be accomplished by activities of the social worker. The foster care system is perceived as an institute aiming to ensure welfare and benefits for children in conformity with the theory of attachment. The practical part concentrates on creation of a professiogram of a social worker, based on a survey and working day activities schedule along with analysis of various documents and interviews with representatives of superior authorities. The analysis is based on results of a survey conducted at all OSPOD departments of municipalities with extended competence in one region, which enables a comprehensive insight into this issue.
