Práce pojednává o otázce feminizace ze sociologického a antropologického hlediska a mapuje aktuální stav feminizace školství v České republice jako výsledek antagonismu jistých historických vývojových tendencí a státního zasahování. Analýza provedená na stupni mateřských škol, základních škol, středních škol a středních odborných učilišť, gymnázií a vysokých škol se zaobírá příčinami a následky jednotlivých změn, které dokumentuje pomocí statistických a jiných svědectví. Statistická data vývoj dokládají na časové ose začínající od 50. let 20. století až do roku 2011 rozdělené do reprezentativních zhruba pětiletých intervalů. The thesis deals with the issue of feminization from sociological and anthropological point of view and describes the current state of the feminization in the Czech education system as a result of antagonism of certain historical trends and state interference. The analysis carried out on the level of kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, secondary vocational schools and universities concerns with the causes and consequences of the changes, which documents by means of statistical and other evidence. Statistical data show the development on the timeline starting from the 50's of the 20th century until the year 2011 divided in representative approximately five-years-intervals.
