Jana Polčáková KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra školní a sociální pedagogiky, oddělení výchovy ke zdraví VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PaedDr. Eva Marádová, CSc. ABSTRAKT: Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou alternativního stravování dospívajících, konkrétně postoji studentů středních škol k alternativním výživovým směrům. Cílem práce je zmapovat celkové povědomí a zájem o alternativní způsoby stravování u studentů vybraných středních škol a zjistit, v jaké míře se studenti dané skupiny alternativně stravují. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení cílové skupiny, tedy středoškolské mládeže (tzv. adolescentů) s hlavními charakteristikami tohoto věkového období, dále se zaměřuje na roli výživy ve vývoji adolescentů, na samotné postoje ke stravování, na vztahy adolescentů k tělesným rozměrům (body image) a také na problematiku s těmito tématy související, tj. poruchy příjmu potravy. V práci jsou dále uvedeny charakteristiky nejznámějších alternativních výživových směrů, jako je vegetariánství, makrobiotika a dělená strava. Praktická část práce mapuje míru alternativního stravování studentů středních škol na Táborsku, jejich hlavní důvody vedoucí k těmto formám stravování a zhodnocení postojů, které studenti k této problematice zaujímají. ABSTRACT This diploma thesis deals with the attitude of students to alternative nutritional guidelines. The focus of this thesis is to analyse the interest of students in alternative nutritional guidelines. Theoretical part analyzes the literature, contains definition of target group, high school students (adolescents) with the main characteristics of this age period. Subsequently the thesis focuses on the impact and importance of nutrition on health of individuals during their development in adolescence and focuses on attitudes to food itself, the relationship to adolescent physical dimensions (body image) and also to issues related to these themes, ie. eating disorders. This thesis is also concerned with the general characteristics of alternative dietary guidelines, such as vegetarianism, macrobiotic diet and divided meals diet.
