[cze][eng] Kvalita života lidí s roztroušenou sklerózou Bakalářská práce pojednává o kvalitě života lidí s roztroušenou sklerózou. Zjišťuje subjektivní pohled pacientů na kvalitu života s daným onemocněním a existenci interindividuálních rozdílů ve zvládání nemoci a v preferování určitých životních témat. Poukazuje na to, jaký dopad má dané onemocnění na každodenní život nemocných s ohledem na jejich duševní a tělesnou oblast života, zkoumá rozdíly mezi pacienty ovlivněné formou onemocnění a stupněm postižení. Pro bakalářskou práci jsem vybrala kvalitativní výzkum formou polostandardizovaného rozhovoru s využitím doprovodných metod jako jsou dotazník SEIQol a metoda životní křivky. Výzkumné šetření se týkalo pacientů s onemocněním RS, kteří jsou léčení ambulantně a žijí v domácím prostředí. Cíleně byli vybraní lidé, ochotni zúčastnit se výzkumu a komunikovat, což bylo klíčovým požadavkem, protože těžiště práce je ve kvalitativním výzkumu. Zkoumaným souborem byli celkově 4 pacienti s RS, dvě ženy a dva muži. Vzorek pacientů se dá ještě rozdělit na 2 menší podskupiny - dva pacienti s těžším postižením (EDSS 7-7,5), léčí se s chronicko-progresivní formou nemoci a dva pacienti s lehčím postižením (EDSS 1 a 2), léčí se s relaps-remitentní formou nemoci. Detects subjective view on the quality of life of patients with a given disease and the existence of interindividual differences in coping with disease and prioritization of certain life themes. It points out the impact of the disease on daily life of patients with respect to their mental and physical aspect of life, examines differences between patients influenced by the type of disease and degree of disability. For my bachelor thesis I chose qualitative research in the form of semi-standardized interview using the accompanying methods such as SEIQoL questionnaires and method of life curve. The research involved patients with MS who are treated on an outpatient basis and living at home. Chosen people were willing to participate in research and communicate, which was a key requirement, because the focus of the work in qualitative research. The research group was made of a total of 4 patients with MS, two women and two men.
