Název: Porovnání míry zatížení při přesunech na lyžích a sněžnicích v upraveném terénu. Cíle práce: Na základě srdeční frekvence zjistit a porovnat míru zatížení a energetického výdeje při přesunu v upraveném terénu ve třech různých rychlostech za použití sněžnic a lyží. Metoda: Kvantitativní měření srdeční frekvence a energetického výdeje pomocí sporttestru a intrapersonální komparativní analýza hodnot naměřených na lyžích a na sněžnicích. Klíčová slova: Srdeční frekvence, energetický výdej, sněžnice, skialpinistické lyže, Armáda České republiky, přesuny na sněhu a ledu. Title: Comparison of the level of effort during the skitouring and snowshoeing movements in an adjusted terrain. Goals: Based on the results of heart rate- find out and compare the level of effort and energy output during the ski touring and snowshoeing movements at three different speeds and in an adjusted terrain. Method: Quantitative measuring of the heart rate and energy output using a heart rate monitor and intrapersonal comparative analysis of measured values during the ski touring and snowshoeing movements.
