8 ABSTRAKT Jednou ze základních psychických potřeb dítěte je potřeba specifického citového vztahu. Výzkum rigorózní práce pojednává o tom, zda jsou děti v soukromém dětském domově Radost schopné takový citový vztah navázat. Tento dětský domov staví na dlouholeté zkušenosti německého modelu. Jeho hlavní prioritou je důraz na citové vztahy dětí. V řadě oblastí se liší od státních zařízení. Je zde předpoklad, že dává dětem velkou naději na vytvoření specifického citového vztahu. Pro získání dat byl zvolen kvalitativní evaluativní typ výzkumu s dominantní metodou zúčastněného pozorování. Data jsou triangulována dalšími metodami: polostrukturovaný rozhovor, analýza spisové dokumentace a test rodinných vztahů (Kovařík, 1993). Analýza dat je obohacena o srovnání s poznatky ze dvou zahraničních modelů dětských domovů, kde je naplňování psychických potřeb dětí hlavní prioritou (dánského a německého). Výzkum je pokračováním diplomové práce (Zemánková, 2003), kde byla otázka specifického citového vztahu zkoumána ve dvou klasických státních typech dětských domovů (internátní a rodinný). Výsledky současného výzkumu sice - stejně jako v předešlém výzkumu ve státních zařízeních - nepotvrdily, že by děti vytvářely specifické citové vztahy. Výzkum v dětském domově Radost však odhalil řadu důležitých faktorů, které mohou... 9 ABSTRACT One of a child's basic psychological needs is the need for a stabile emotional bond. The theses researches if the children from private children's home Radost are able to establish such specific emotional bonds to the carers employed there. The Czech Radost children's home follows principles and guidelines established by a well know German children's home. This German facility places emphasis on nurturing the emotional bonds of children, and as such differs considerably from classic state institutions. The underlying assumption is that given the right conditions and support, children have a high chance to create specific emotional bonds. In order to gain the necessary data it was chosen the method of qualitative evaluation with participant observation as the prevailing research strategy. The data are triangulated with some other methods including: semi-structured interviews, analysis of file documentation and a modified version "Test of Family Relationships" (Kovařík, 1993). The data analysis is enriched with knowledge and experiences from two other children's homes abroad, where saturation of psychological needs of children is a priority (Danish and German model).
