[cze][eng] Resumé Práce pojednává o psychologickém profilování pachatele, což je metoda využívaná v oblasti závažné trestné činnosti. Byla vyvinuta ve Spojených státech amerických, konkrétně na půdě FBI, a spočívá ve vytvoření obrazu pravděpodobného neznámého pachatele. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři základní informace o tom, co vlastně profilování je a jakým způsobem funguje proces tvorby profilu. Celkově je práce členěna do pěti kapitol. První, úvodní kapitola, se člení do tří částí. V první nalezne čtenář informace o pojmu psychologického profilování, dozví se, jak je definováno a k čemu vlastně slouží. Druhá část obsahuje historický exkurz do počátků vývoje této metody, dále jsou obsaženy i informace o jejím rozvoji na území České republiky. Obsahem třetí části je selekce deliktů, pro něž je profilování vhodné, a naopak kdy se nehodí, tedy jaká je využitelnost profilování. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na samotnou tvorbu psychologického profilu, kdy nejprve pojednává o charakteristice místa činu, dále o obecné charakteristice pachatelů trestných činů a jejich typologii. V závěru druhé kapitoly se lze dočíst, jak finální profil vypadá a jaké informace obsahuje. Ve třetí kapitole se lze seznámit s nejznámějšími přístupy k profilování. Jako první je logicky zmíněn přístup FBI, tedy analýza místa činu, dále...The thesis describes psychological profiling of an offender, which is a method used for investigating serious criminal acts. It was developer in the United States of America, particularly on the FBI ground, and is based on creating an image of probable unknown offender. The goal of the thesis is to provide readers with basic information about what is psychological profiling and how the process works. The paper is divided into five chapters. First, opening chapter is divided into three parts. In the first one, the reader can find information about the term psychological profiling, how it is defined and what is it for. Second part contains information about history of the method including some about the development in the Czech Republic. The third part describes offences suitable for profiling and those which are not. The second chapter is focused on creating the profile. First it describes the characteristic of the crime scene as basic information for the investigation, and then the typology of offenders is mentioned, directed at organized and disorganized typology. The end of this chapter is dedicated to the final look of the profile. In the third chapter some approaches to profiling are mentioned. These are the FBI model, named crime scene analysis, then profiling in Germany and Great Britain. This...
