The paper deals with the numerical solution of a synthetic jet flow discharging into quiescent air. The aim of the work is to contribute to the understanding of flow physics associated with zero net mass transfer control device and particularly to show the influence of the turbulence model on the CFD solution. Práce se zabývá numerickým řešením syntetizovaného proudu, který vytéká do nehybného okolního vzduchu. Cílem práce je přispět k porozumění fyzikální podstaty zařízení s nulovým časově středním hmotnostním tokem tekutiny, a především pak objasnit vliv modelu turbulence na numerické řešení.
