Cílem této práce je záznam fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou chronická obstrukční plicní nemoc s akutní exacerbací. Nejprve je popsána charakteristika onemocnění včetně exacerbace, následovaná rešerší současného pohledu na plicní rehabilitaci a respirační fyzioterapii. V terapii je kladen velký důraz na aktivní cyklus dechových technik jako metoda kontrolované a efektivní expektorace. Zhodnocení efektu terapie vychází zejména z rozdílů výsledků v dotaznících mMRC a CAT a funkčního vyšetření šestiminutového testu chůze a hodnoty BODE Indexu získaných během vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The aim of this work is a record of physiotherapeutic care of patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation. First, there is described a characteristic of this disease including the exacerbation followed by a recherche of contemporary view of pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory physiotherapy. There is a strong emphasis on the active cycle of breathing techniques in the therapy as a method of controlled and effective expectoration. The evaluation of the effect of the therapy is based on the difference of results in the mMRC and CAT questionnaires, functional examination 6-minute walk test and the BODE Index value gathered during the initial and the end examination.
