Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětí školního věku, které jsou ohrožené sociálním vyloučením. Současně se zaměřuje na způsoby jejich vyhledávání a plánování individuální pomoci. V práci jsou obecně charakterizovány hlavní pojmy, pojem ohrožení sociálním vyloučením je nově charakterizován pro tuto cílovou skupinu i s jeho dalšími sociálními, psychickými a pedagogickými důsledky. Praktická část obsahuje výběr metod a popis vyhledávání ohrožených dětí. Podstatu práce tvoří případové studie a vypracování individuálních plánů pomoci konkrétním dětem. Závěr práce poukazuje na potřebnost sociální práce v českém školství a systémové překážky. At the same time it focuses on different means of searching methods as well as the ways of the individual help. The main themes are generally defined in this paper. The concept of the risk of a social exclusion is newly described for this target group together with other social, mental and pedagogical consequences. The practical part analyzes the selection of methods and describes the ways to search for the endangered children. Essentially, I have developed the case studies with an individual approach to help particular children. In conclusion, the thesis identifies the necessity of social aid in the Czech education system and the factual obstacles.
