1 REPERTOÁR INTERPRETAČNÍCH RÁMCŮ POMOCI OBĚTEM DOMÁCÍHO NÁSILÍ Abstrakt Práce se zabývá pomocí obětem domácího násilí, respektive interpretačními rámci státního a nestátního sektoru. Jako teoretické východisko je použita teorie rámování, která se aplikuje především při analýze mobilizace sociálních hnutí a organizací. Jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé úkoly rámování (diagnostické, prognostické a motivační rámování), mikromobilizační procesy a kritika teorie rámování. Dále je v teoretické části přednesen současný stav a řešení domácího násilí se zaměřením na Českou republiku. V empirické části jsou polostrukturované rozhovory se třemi profesemi státního sektoru, dvěma neziskovými organizacemi a analýza výroků jedné neziskové organizace. Oba sektory nahlížejí na současný stav pomoci jako na systémově funkční. Jako hlavní problém pomoci pak označují motivační rámoví, konkrétně nedostatečnou informovanost veřejnosti potažmo obětí o problematice domácího násilí a nástrojích na jeho řešení. Ke sporům o rámec dochází skrytě, přičemž si ho oba sektory pravděpodobně neuvědomují. Neziskový sektor na domácí násilí nahlíží v širším měřítku a více usiluje o změny na celospolečenské úrovni. 1 REPERTOIRE OF INTERPRETATIVE FRAMEWORKS OF HELP FOR THE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLANCE Abstract This thesis analyzes domestic violence theoretically and supports the hypotheses through empirical data. The Framing Theory is being widely used as a theoretical starting point and it is employed mainly to study the mobilization of social movements and organizations. A list of objectives of the theory is provided, usage of micromobilization processes is explained. This part concludes with a critique of the theory. A description of the current situation and solutions of domestic violence with a focus on the Czech Republic follows. The empirical component provides semi-structured interviews with three public sector professionals and two non-profit organizations, followed by an analysis of public statements of another non- profit organization. Both sectors perceive the current system as functional. They indicate the main problem is a lack of public awareness, including victims of domestic violence, and propose solutions to the problem. The disputes over the frames are hidden, and they are probably not realized by both of the sectors. The non-profit sector define the domestic violence more broadly and more about making change on a social level, not just individual.
