V průběhu těhotenství dochází k mnoha změnám v organismu matky, které se navzájem ovlivňují. Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o těchto významných změnách. Zaměřuje se na změny mechaniky a motoriky dýchání, na možnosti jejich ovlivnění a na adaptaci dýchání během fyziologického těhotenství. Jedna kapitola je zaměřena na psychosomatickou stránku těhotenství v korelaci se změnami orgánových soustav a růstem plodu. Hlavní část je věnována výčtu možností fyzioterapeutické intervence příznivě působící na motoriku dýchání v těhotenství. Cílem fyzioterapie ženy v těhotenství je ovlivnit dechové pohyby v rámci přechodných odchylek posturálních funkcí, vázaných na graviditu a připravit těhotnou ženu na porod, kde má dýchání významný vliv. V závěru práce jsou sepsány doporučené pohybové aktivity a zásady, které je nutné během těhotenství dodržovat. Součástí je kazuistika těhotné pacientky. During pregnancy there are many changes in the mother organism that influence each other. This bachelor's thesis summarizes the information about these significant changes. The thesis is focused on breathing mechanics and breathing patterns changes and considers ways how to influence and adapt breathing during physiologic pregnancy. One chapter points to psychosomatics of pregnant woman associated with the changes of organ systems and growth of foetus. The main part discusses possibilities of physiotherapeutic intervention which impact breathing patterns in pregnancy. The aim of physiotherapy in pregnancy is to effect breathing patterns within temporary postural deviations in gravidity and prepare the pregnant woman for delivery. Breathing has important role in delivery. In conclusion of the work there are written recomended sport activities and the principles which are advisable to be followed in pregnancy. The thesis is supplemented with a casuistry of pregnant patient.
