Cílem mé bakalářské práce je nastínit vývoj ošetřovatelství, ošetřovatelské péče a ošetřovatelského vzdělávání. Ve své bakalářské práci porovnávám vybrané aspekty poskytování ošetřovatelské péče na interních, neurologických a anesteziologicko-resuscitačních typech pracovišť, a to ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole a na druhé straně v Krajské nemocnici v Děčíně. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, ve které se zaměřím na stručný popis historie ošetřovatelství, vývoj vybraných faktorů poskytování ošetřovatelské péče a ošetřovatelského vzdělávání, a na část empirickou, která bude obsahovat výzkum zaměřený na vývoj ošetřovatelství pohledem nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků a také analýzu dokumentů. The purpose of this work is to outline the progress of nursing, nursing care and nursing education. In my thesis I compare some chosen aspects of offering nursing care at internal, neurological and surgical clinics and at the University Hospital Motol in compatison with Regional Hospital in Decin. The work is dividend into two parts, theoretical part in which I focus on a brief description of the history of nursing, progress of chosen elements of offering nursing care, and nursing education and empirical part, which includes research focused on the progress of nursing in view of paramedical staff.
