Backround: V České Republice je problém závislosti na počítačových hrách neprobádanou oblastí. Konkrétně typologii hráčů a léčebným postupům se věnuje narozdíl od zahraničí pouze minimum studií. Cíle: Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat klienty léčící se se závislostí na počítačových hrách, z pohledu klinických pracovníků (praktikujících psychiatrů, psychologů, psychoterapeutů a výchovných pracovníků) zabývajících se mj. problematikou nelátkových závislostí, konkrétně nadužívání informačních technologií. Dílčím cílem je poznat, jaké hry čeští hráči, léčící se ze závislosti na hraní PC her, preferují a proč. V neposlední řadě má tento výzkum za úkol zmapovat terapeutické postupy, které se s těmito klienty využívají. Metody: K uskutečnění tohoto výzkumu byly použity kvalitativní metody, v podobě semistrukturovaných rozhovorů s terapeuty, na základě připraveného dotazníku. Následně byla provedena indukční analýza získaných dat, pomocí metody kontrastu a srovnávání a metody tvorby trsů. Soubor: Základní soubor tvořili pracovníci ambulantních zařízení v České republice a pracovníci pedagogicko-psychologických poraden a středisek výchovné péče na území České republiky. Celkový počet zařízení, které se na výzkumu podílely byl 72. Výsledky: Pouze 18% pracovišť mělo zkušenosti s klienty s touto problematikou.... Backround: In Czech Republic, the addiction on computer games is an unexplore area. Unlike abroad, There exist only few research focused specifically on the typology of game players and also on the treatment methodes Aims: The aim of this thesis was to map clients present in treatment of addiction on computer games, as it's seemed by clinicians (psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists and educational workers) working with clients with non-substance addiction. Another aim is to discover which games are prefered by Czech players, who are present in treatment with addiction on computer games, and what is their motivation to play them. Finally I want to describe therapeutic procedures, used by clinicians during the treatment of this clients. Methods: Qualitative methods were used for data collection - semistructured interview based on questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by inductive analysis, using method of contrast and comparison and method of formation of clusters. Sample: The basic sample was made up of employees of ambulances, the pedagogical and Education Care Centers in Czech Republic. The overall number of facilities that participed this research was 72.
