Tato práce se zabývá letními parkety a členstvím ve sboru dobrovolných hasičů a jejich vlivem na život ve vesnici Lesná. Slovo parket má dle kontextu několik významů. Za prvé je to označení pro letní taneční zábavy či koncerty, za druhé jde o označení místa, kde se ve vesnici tyto akce konají. Práce vychází z literatury zabývající se vlivem lokální kultury a spolkové činnosti na komunitu ve vesnici, na jejímž základě autorka identifikuje několik potenciálních funkcí, které by parkety a členství v SDH mohly v rámci struktury plnit. K definici funkcí je využita revidovaná Mertonova verze funkcionální analýzy. Jde o integrativní a socializační funkci, funkce spojené s dobrovolnou prací a výchovnou funkci, funkci parketů jako prostředí zvýšené sociální kontroly, funkci oživení vesnice a stabilizační funkci, dále funkci vzniku, přenosu a zachování tradice a akumulativní funkci, zábavní a kompenzační funkci, funkci, respektive dysfunkci konfliktů, získávání postavení a politické moci ve vesnici a funkce ekonomické. V rámci výzkumné části, která vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech, zúčastněném pozorování a studiu kroniky, jsou tyto teoreticky popsané funkce podrobeny analýze, která vliv parketu a členství v SDH na život komunity v daných sférách potvrzuje,... This bachelor thesis is focused on summer musical events (in Czech "parket") and membership of volunteer fire-fighters and their impact on everyday life in village Lesná. The expression "parket" can have more meanings according to the context. Firstly it is designation for summer dance events or concerts, secondly it is designation for the place in the village where these events take place. This paper is based on literature dealing with the influence of local culture and societies on village community which led author to identify several possible functions this events and volunteer fire-fighters membership may have within the structure. The reviewed version of Merton's functional analysis is used to define the functions. These functions are functions of integration and socialisation, functions connected to voluntary work and educational function, function of this events as a place of increased social control, function of revitalization and stabilisation, function of formation, transmission and preservation of traditions, entertainment and compensatory function, function or dysfunction of conflicts, gaining a higher social status and political power in village and economical function.
