V práci byly hodnoceny mikronizované poloxamery Lμtrol® micro 127 (poloxamer 407) a Lμtrol® micro 68 (poloxamer 188) jako mazadla v kombinaci se suchými pojivy mikrokrystalickou celulosou a sprejově sušenou laktosou. Jako srovnávací mazadlo byl použit stearan hořečnatý. Sledovanými parametry byly energie na tření, plasticita, vytlačovací síla a pevnost tablet v tahu. Vlivové faktory byly koncentrace mazadel, lisovací síla, mísící parametry. Mazací efekt mikronizovaných poloxamerů byl menší než stearanu hořečnatého. Vyšší koncentrace poloxamerů snížila pevnost tablet z mikrokrystalické celulosy. Mísící parametry ovlivnily parametry lisování směsí suchých pojiv s mikronizovanými poloxamery více než se stearanem hořečnatým a to především v případě sprejově sušené laktosy. Pevnost tablet s mikronizovanými poloxamery byla ovlivněna mísícími parametry více v případě mikrokrystalické celulosy. The study evaluates the micronized poloxamers Lμtrol® micro 127 (poloxamer 407) and Lμtrol® micro 68 (poloxamer 188) as lubricants in combination with the dry binders microcrystalline celulose and spray-dried lactose. Magnesium stearate was employed as the comparative lubricant. The parameters under study included energy for fiction, plasticity, ejection force, and tensile strength of tablets. The factors of influence were the concentration of lubricants, compression force, and mixing parameters. The lubricating effect of micronized poloxamers was smaller than that of magnesium stearate. Higher concentrations of poloxamers decreased the tensile strength of tablets from microcrystalline cellulose. Parameters of mixing of dry binders with poloxamers influenced the tested parameters of compression more than those with magnesium stearate, in particular in the case of spray-dried lactose. In microcrystalline cellulose, they influenced more the tensile strength of tablets.
