Tématem diplomové práce je systém nemocenského pojišt ní v eské republice a jeho prom ny od roku 2009. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza sociálních a ekonomických efekt , které p inesla zm na právní úpravy v podob zákona . 187/2006 Sb. Ú elem nové právní úpravy bylo zm nit negativní trendy v nemocenském pojišt ní, zamezit ned vodným výdaj a zajistit finan ní stabilitu systému. V úvodu jsou zmín ny teoretické koncepty týkající se zkoumané problematiky, výzkumné metody a postupy použité p i zpracování práce. Oblast nemocenského pojišt ní je charakterizována prost ednictvím základních princip , podmínek asti v systému a nárok a také stru zmín na historie a základy tohoto institutu sociální ochrany v eské republice. V empirické ásti práce jsou popsány jednotlivé zm ny, ke kterým došlo v rámci reformy ve ejných financí, a následn jsou zkoumány jejich konkrétní dopady na vybrané aktéry. V záv ru práce byly navrženy t i scéná e eventuálních zp sob ešení problematiky nemocenského pojišt ní. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of insurance system in the Czech Republic and its transformations since 2009. Analysis of social and economic effect that was brought by alternation in legislation in code 187 / 2006 has become the objective of this work. The reasons for issuing the legislation alternation were struggles to change negative trends in sick insurance, to avoid unjustified costs and to ensure financial stability of the system. The introduction mentions theoretical concepts concerning the topic of the work and methods and procedures used while composing this diploma thesis. The area of the sick insurance is characterized by basic principles, terms and conditions in claim system and brief history of social protection institute in Czech Republic is also covered. The empiric part describes individual changes as a part of public finance reform. Specific impact on selected actors was subsequently analyzed. Three possible sceneries of resolving sick insurance issue are designed in the final part of the work.
