[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se člení do sedmi kapitol. Úvodní kapitola nastiňuje důvody, proč je třeba zajistit ochranu dřevin na úrovni práva. Dále definuje pojem dřevina z pohledu právních předpisů, vysvětluje význam dřevin a vyjmenovává základní funkce stromů a keřů. Druhá kapitola ve svém úvodu hodnotí, do jaké míry jsou využity metody soukromoprávní regulace v souvislosti s právní úpravou ochrany dřevin. Následně pojednává o sousedských právech týkajících se větví a kořenů dřevin. Následující kapitola nastiňuje některé administrativně- právní, koncepční a ekonomické nástroje ochrany dřevin. Zbývající kapitoly rozebírají dílčí aspekty právní úpravy ochrany dřevin rostoucích v lese i mimo něj. Závěr diplomové práce obsahuje úvahy z hlediska de lege ferenda a v této souvislosti také odkazuje na některá problematická ustanovení, která se týkají dřevin.The aim of the thesis "Legal regulation of the protection of woodspecies" is to summarize the main instruments of the Czech law to ensuring the protection of woody plants. The thesis focuses mainly on the current legislation in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first part of the thesis defines the woody plant in the meaning of law, its functions and questions of its protection. The other parts of the thesis describe legal regulation of woody plants in a lot of different czech statutes. In the conclusion were made some suggestions, how to improve the current legal regulation of woody plants in the Czech Republic.
