A mathematical model of thermo-mechanical properties including stiffness and damping rheological parameters for the nonstationary loaded resilient elastomer element was developed and applied for ascertaining of rheological parameters. The comparison of measured and numerically obtained plots temperature of sample versus time proves the applicability of mathematical model for nonstationary loading. V příspěvku je navržen matematický model termo-mechanických vlastností včetně tlumících a tuhostních parametrů pro vibrotlumící člen. Tento model byl použit k identifikaci reologických parametrů z experimentu při nestacionárním zatížení. Je zde ukázáno srovnání vypočtených a naměřených teplot v čase při tomto zatížení.
