Hlavnou úlohou tejto bakalárskej práce je logický návrh funkcionality nového produktu Poistenie v programe MS Dynamics CRM 2015 podľa požiadaviek zadávateľa a návrh implementácie ako atribútu do entity Zákazník. Pojem Poistenie v tomto prípade rozumieme ako doplnkový produkt k stávajúcim službám zadávateľa, ktorý má istú dobu trvania, je fakturovaný v určitých intervaloch a hlavne je priradený ku konkrétnemu zákazníkovi ako k hlavnej entite. The main goal of this Bachelors Thesis is a design of new product Insurance in MS Dynamics CRM 2015 software according to the functional requirements provided by Client and design of implementation as an attribute to entity Customer. The term Insurance is meant as complementary product to existing Clients services, which has set duration, is invoiced periodically, and is always attached to specific customer, the main entity.
