Bakalářská práce na téma „Návrh na zlepšení motivačního programu vybrané společnosti“ se zabývá vyjasněním pojmů týkajících se motivace zaměstnanců, jejich odměňováním a využití různých zaměstnaneckých výhod v podobě benefitů. Analytická část je věnována interní analýze a analýze okolí společnosti, rozhovorům se zaměstnanci a majitelem společnosti. Z výsledku šetření je navrhnut stav na zlepšení stávající situace. Bachelor thesis on "The incentive program of the company" deals with the clarification of terms relating to employee motivation, their remuneration and the various employment earnings in the form of benefits. Analytical part is devoted to interviews with employees and the business owner. The proposal to improve the situation is based on thus obtained results of the survey.
