Předmětem této bakalářské práce bude návrh reálného podnikatelského záměru na založení výletní restaurace s penzionem v turistickém regionu Dolní Věstonice na jižní Moravě. Na základě provedených kalkulací a výsledků analýz dojde k vytvoření návrhu realizace, který bude čerpat z odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů, studií cestovního ruchu a budou obohaceny o zkušenosti podnikajících lidí ve stejném či příbuzném oboru podnikání. Designing a real business plan to establish a tourist restaurant and guesthouse in the tourist region of Dolní Věstonice in south Moravia is aim of this bachelor’s thesis. Design of project realisation will be created based on executed analyses and calculations, which obtains informations from professional literauture, internet sources and tourism studies. Experiences of people working in same or similar business are included in mentioned design.
