Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo sestavení návrhu podnikatelského záměru pro vznik a další rozvoj vybraného podniku. Vybraným podnikem je franchisový koncept s módním oblečením. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky k dané problematice, které byly následně využity v dalších praktických částech práce. Analytická část práce je zaměřena především na analýzu prostředí (vnějšího i vnitřního), výběr vhodné lokality pro daný podnikatelský záměr a podmínky franchisového konceptu. Samotný podnikatelský plán je pak sestaven v návrhové části práce, přičemž důraz je kladen především na finanční stránku záměru. The main aim of this diploma thesis was compiling a draft business plan for the establishment and further development of the chosen company. It was chosen a franchise concept with fashion clothing. The first part of this work focuses on theoretical knowledge on the matter, which were subsequently used in other parts of practical work. The analytical part is focused on analysis of the environment (external and internal), choosing a suitable location for the business plan and the conditions franchise concept. The actual business plan is then compiled in the design of the work, with an emphasis on the financial aspects of the project.
