Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku hospodaření s dlouhodobým hmotným majetkem ve společnosti Česko slezská výrobní, a. s., která se zabývá výrobou obytných a sanitárních kontejnerů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska, která tvoří teoretický základ celé práce. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzami současného stavu dlouhodobého hmotného majetku ve společnosti a péčí o něj. Výsledkem těchto analýz je potom odhalení slabých míst a příležitostí k rozvoji. V poslední části práce jsou navržena řešení, včetně jejich ekonomického zhodnocení a časové náročnosti. This Master thesis deals with the management of long-term tangible property in the company Česko-slezská výrobní, a. s., which is engaged in manufacturing of portable and sanitary cabins. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical background, which forms the theoretical base of the whole thesis. The second part is focused on analysis of the current situation of long-term tangible property in the company and property maintenance. The result of the analysis is identification of weaknesses and opportunities for development. In the last part are proposed solution including economic evaluation and time-consuming.
