Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě AG Transport, s.r.o. Teoretická část práce je věnována představení problematiky spokojenosti zaměstnanců, analytická část je pak zaměřena na popis společnosti. Analýza samotné spokojenosti pracovníků proběhne formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků z tohoto šetření budou formulovány návrhy na zlepšení spokojenosti pracovníků v dané firmě. The thesis is concerned with the analysis of satisfaction of employees in the company AG Transport, s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to introducing the issues of satisfaction of staff. The analytical part is then focused on the description of the company. The analysis itself will be conducted through a questionnaire. Based on the results of this survey, suggestions on improving the satisfaction of the company’s workers will be expressed.
