Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na návrh motivačního programu pro vybranou společnost OK GROUP a.s., která bude vycházet z analýz současného stavu, dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru. Práce má sloužit jako podklad, pro zavedení motivačního programu společnosti. This thesis is focused on the proposal of the motivation program for selected company OK GROUP a.s., which will be based on analysis of the current state, questionnaire survey and interview. The thesis should serve as a basis for the introduction of the company 's motivation program.
