Cílem tohoto výzkumu byl vývoj analytické metody vhodné pro stanovení stopových koncentrací methylrtuti v ekosystému antarktických jezer a určení míry bioakumulace rtuti v cyanobakteriálních povlacích (kolonie řas a sinic). The aim of this research was a development of the analytical method suitable for the determination of trace concentration of methylmercury in the ecosystem of Antarctic lakes. The determination of mercury bioaccumulation in cyanobacterial mat (the colonies of algae and cyanobacteria) stands in focus as well.
