Vakuové tváření plastů je jednou z metod zpracování termoplastických hmot. V této technologii se využívá změny fyzikálních a mechanických vlastností termoplastu při zahřátí do plastického stavu. Pro výrobu výlisků je ale nutná forma, která bude tvarovat zahřátý termoplast. Výhodou této technologie je fakt, že forma není tak výrobně náročná a je tedy výrazně levnější než forma pro vstřikování plastů. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout výrobu formy. Návrh byl vyřešen pomocí softwarů SolidWorks a PowerMill. Výroba byla uskutečněna na CNC tříosé frézce. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je návod, který lze využít při návrhu jiných forem pro vakuové tváření termoplastů. Vacuum plastic forming is method of termoplastic material treatment. This method uses physical and mechanical changes caused in materiál during his heating. Production of final product requires mould. The main advantage of this technology is fact, that manufacturing of mould is not so hard as manufacturing of mould for injection moulding, so mould is signficantly cheaper. Main purpose of this thesis is to propose production concept of this mould. Proposal was solved by SolidWorks and PowerMill software and manufacturing was realized on 3-axis CNC milling machine. Main result of this thesis is a summary of instructions which can be used in proposes of different moulds for vacuum plastic forming.
