: Cílem této diplomové práce je shrnutí poznatků o pohybové aktivitě dětí mladšího školního věku a prostřednictvím průzkumových dotazníků zjištění pohybové aktivity dětí na 1. stupni základní školy ( 1.-5. třída). Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů spojených s danou problematikou a vymezení významu a vlivu pohybové aktivity na zdraví jedince. Dále je věnována charakteristice mladšího školního věku a vlivu rodiny a školy na pohybovou aktivitu dětí mladšího školního věku. Součástí diplomové práce je i výzkumná část zaměřená k získání aktuálních poznatků o pohybové aktivitě dětí na 1. stupni ZŠ. Annotation: The aim of this thesis is to summarize knowledge about physical activity in school age children, and through questionnaries examiners to identify physical activities for children at primary school (1st - 5th grade). The theoretical part focuses on definitions of basic concepts related to the issues and defining the scope and impact of physical activity on health of individuals. Furthemore, given to the characteristics of preschool age and family influence and school physical activity at junior schoul age children. Part of the thesis is also research section designed to obtain current knowledge about children's physical activity at 1st degree of primary school.
