Název Práce: Vliv pohybu a diety na ovlivňování nadváhy a obezity u dospělých žen Cíl práce: Cílem našeho šetření bude zjistit, zda prostřednictvím způsobu stravování a pohybové aktivity můžeme dosáhnout u dospělých žen s nadváhou a obezitou snížení tělesné hmotnosti. Hlavním úkolem bude porovnat mezi sebou stravovací a pohybové zvyklosti dospělých žen s nadváhou a obezitou a dospělých žen s normální hmotností a zjistit možný vliv těchto zvyklostí na redukci hmotnosti. Šetření je zaměřeno na ženy ve věku od 18 do 30 let. Touto prací bych také rád upozornil na stravovací a pohybové zvyklosti, které mohou být nedostatečné. Metoda práce: Pro získání veškerých dat byl využit dotazníkový průzkum, který se skládal ze 17 mnou zvolených otázek a který trval po dobu 5 týdnů. Vyplňovaný dotazník byl zcela anonymní. Tím mohlo být přispěno k co nejobjektivnějším odpovědím. Výsledky práce: Z výzkumného šetření se nám potvrdili všechny čtyři hypotézy. Můžeme tedy říci, že ženy s nadváhou a obezitou mají horší stravovací zvyklosti než ženy s normální hmotností. Ţeny s nadváhou a obezitou mají horší pohybový režim než ženy s normální hmotností. Ţeny s normální hmotností drží dietu méně často než ženy s nadváhou a obezitou. Působením pohybu a výživy lze dosáhnout snížení nadváhy a obezity u dospělých žen. Klíčová... The main task will be to compare the eating and activity habits of adult women with overweight and obesity in adult women with normal weight and determine the possible influence of these habits to lose weight. The investigation is aimed at women aged 18 to 30 years. This work can also draw attention to eating and exercise habits, which may be insufficient.
