[cze][eng] Cílem práce je představit přípravu projektu outdoorového kurzu, jenž se již několik let stále častěji objevuje v rámci firemního vzdělávání. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je založena na informacích z odborné literatury a pojednává o tom, jaké jsou důležité kroky při přípravě outdoorového kurzu a také se zabývá komunikací dodavatelské firmy s klientem. Ve druhé části jsou poznatky prohloubeny v rámci dotazníkového šetření, kde jsou analýze podrobeny tři nabídky teambuildingového programu od vybraných dodavatelských firem. V závěru práce jsou zjištěny a popsány aspekty, které při výběru dodavatele hrají roli. Svým charakterem práce nastiňuje návod, jak připravit kurz z pohledu klienta, tak z pohledu dodavatele.This thesis is introducing the development of outdoor training management which is a more often a part of education trainings in several companies during last Years. Thesis consists of theoretical part composed on specialized literature and practical part. The first part of theoretical thesis which is foundation for empirical part is based on individual steps preparation of outdoor training. Its includes also the communication between supplying company and customer. The second part is compost of analyses which compares three outdoor training offers based of satisfaction questionnaires surveys. The final part of this thesis is focused on important aspects during the supplier selection describing and discovering these aspects. The thesis by it's character outlines instructions for outdoor training preparation.
