Anotace: Cílem bakalářské práce "Obecní samospráva v České republice (konkretizace na příkladu obce Benecko) je ukázat fungování obecní samosprávy v ČR. Práce obsahuje teoretický základ týkající se obecní samosprávy v ČR rozšířený o některé aktuální problémy. Následuje praktická část, která se drží zavedené struktury části teoretické a ukazuje tak jednotlivé aspekty v konkrétní podobě na příkladu obce Benecko. Součástí praktické části je didaktické zpracování dané problematiky určené pro 2. ročník čtyřletého gymnázia. The aim of this Bachelor thesis ,,Municipal Government in the Czech Republic (the concrete situation in a municipal corporation Benecko) is to show how the municipal government works in the Czech Republic. Present thesis contains the theoretical base which is concerned in the municipal government in the Czech Republic and is extended to some of the current problems. The present thesis continues with a practical section which has a standard structure of the theoretical section and shows individual aspects in a concrete similiraty in an example of a municipal corporation Benecko. The part of a practical section is a didactic elaboration of this issue which is adressed to the second year of the fourth years' gymnaziums.
