Název: Analýza tréninku běžce na 800 metrů Cíl práce: Cílem práce je provést analýzu tréninku běžce na 800 metrů v ročních tréninkových cyklech 2001/2002 a 2002/2003 a pokusit se zdůvodnit výkonnostní rozdíly ve sledovaném období. Metoda: V naší práci jsme použili metodu analýzy a metodu komparace. Metodu analýzy jsme aplikovali v rozboru jednotlivých ročních cyklů a metodu komparace při porovnávání tréninkových ukazatelů mezi sledovanými roky. Výsledky: Výsledky této práce ukazují rozdíly v tréninkovém procesu běžce a objasňují jejich dopad na výkonnost. Mohou také sloužit jako podklad pro další sestavování tréninkového procesu a jako zkušenost využitelná v kariéře trenéra. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and a method of comparison. We apllied method of analysis in each annual training cycle and the method of comparison among the training indicators in monitored years. Results: The results reveal the diferences in the training process and show their impact on the performance in chosen seasons. Additionaly, it serves as the basis for another tranining planning and as an experience in a future coaching career. Key words: analysis, Athletics, performance, training indicators, 800 metres run
