NÁZEV: Efektivita poradenské péče o děti s poruchami chování. Evaluace multisystémového modelu indikované prevence realizovaného v pedagogicko - psychologické poradně v Praze 6. AUTOR: PhDr. Mgr. Veronika Pavlas Martanová KATEDRA: Katedra psychologie ŠKOLITEL: PhDr. Lidmila Valentová CSc. Tato disertační práce se zabývá různými možnostmi práce s dětmi se specifickými poruchami chování (ADHD,ADD,PCH). V rámci teoretické části se autorka zabývá dětskou psychoterapií a její efektivitou obecně, sleduje vývoj výzkumů tohoto tématu, aby se následně zaměřila na léčbu specifických poruch chování a poruch pozornosti. Rekapituluje dostupné zahraniční studie efektivity léčby těchto potíží a monitoruje tuto problematiku též v rámci českých pedagogicko - psychologických poraden. Teoretická část je zakončena textem popisujícím možnosti evaluace v poradenství, který připravuje čtenáře na pozvolný přesun do praktické části. V praktické části je pak kvantitativně i kvalitativně evaluován konkrétní multisystémový terapeutický model, který je sedm let realizován v PPP Praha 6. Evaluace zahrnuje jeho dvouleté působení, model je v práci podrobně popsán, tak aby mohl sloužit jako praktická inspirace. Na kvantitativní rovině sleduje autorka pomocí dotazníků pro rodiče a učitele, zda došlo k posunu v chování a projevech... TITLE: Efficiency Consulting Care for Children with Behavior Disorders. This thesis discusses various options for working with children with specific behavioral disorders (ADHD, ADD, PCH). In the theoretical part, the author deals with child psychotherapy and its effectiveness in general, follows the development of research about this topic to be subsequently focused on the treatment of specific disorders in behavior and attention. Summarizes the available foreign studies of treatment effectiveness of these problems and monitors this issue also in the Czech educational - psychological counseling. The theoretical part ends with the text describing the possibilities of evaluation in counseling, which prepares the reader to a gradual shift to the practical part. In the practical part of this thesis is quantitatively and qualitatively evaluated multisystemic therapy model that is implemented in the seven years of PPP Prague 6.
