Abstract: Předmětem příspěvku je návrh modelu kontrakce srdečních buněk. Model popisuje procesy vedoucí k interakci kontraktilních bílkovin aktinu a myozinu a je pokračováním práce jejíž cílem je sestavení celkového modelu vazby excitace-kontrakce.
