Tématem diplomové práce s názvem "Možnosti neziskového sektoru v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče" je popis rolí, funkcí a možností nestátních neziskových organizací v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče. Prvním cílem je zmapování těchto organizací. Dalším cílem je deskripce systému náhradní rodinné péče, popis rolí a možností neziskového sektoru v této oblasti z pohledu zástupců veřejné správy i zástupců neziskových organizací věnujících se náhradní rodinné péči. Popis je vytvořen na základě kvalitativní analýzy rozhovorů se zástupci veřejné správy i neziskového sektoru z této oblasti. Velký důraz je kladen na analýzu stavu spolupráce v rámci celého systému náhradní rodinné péče. Na základě našich zjištění jsou v poslední části formulována doporučení pro zlepšení systému práce s ohroženými dětmi v České republice. This thesis "The Options of the Non-Governmental Organizations in the Substitutional Family Care" deals with the description of the roles, functions and options of the non-governmental organizations in the field of the substitutional family care. First objective is to create a list of these organizations. Next objective is a description of the subtitutional family care system as well as a description of the roles and options of the nonprofit sector in this field from the non- governmental organization's employees point of view. This description is based on the analysis of interviews with these employees as well as the employees of the governmental organizations from this field. This thesis also focuses on the collaboration in the substitutional family care system. The last part offers a summary of the outcomes and some recommendations for the improvement of children at risk assessment system.
