Název práce: Vliv vibračního tréninku na Power Plate na výkonnost člověka Cíle práce: Cílem práce bylo ověřit účinnost vibračního tréninku na vybrané komponenty zdatnosti a výkonnosti člověka v osmitýdenním tréninkovém procesu. Metodika: V diplomové práci se zaměřím na testování 16 jedinců, kteří absolvují 8 týdenní tréninkový plán na vibračním stroji Power Plate. Osm mužů a osm žen bude rozděleno do dvou skupin. První ze skupin (čtyři muži, čtyři ženy) bude cvičit na zapnutém stroji s vibrací. Druhá skupina bude cvičit také na stroji, ale nebude jí umožněno využívat ke svému cvičení vibrace. Pro posouzení rozvoje a srovnání pohybových schopností byly využity tyto motorické testy: Odrazové schopnosti (Boscův test - hodnocena především letová fáze). Reakční rychlost (reakce na zvukový signál pro dolní i horní polovinu těla s pomocí reaktometrie). Flexibilita (hodnocen ohnutý předklon v sedě). Antropometrické vyšetření (stanovení množství tukuprosté hmoty, hmotnost, aktivní tělesná hmotnost, BMI, aj.) Po praktickém provedení bude následovat zhodnocení výsledků testů, porovnání mezi jednotlivými skupinami a závěrečné vyhodnocení výzkumné studie. Výsledky příslušných testů jsou zaznamenány v tabulkách. Jako statistická metoda byl vybrán t-test. Výsledky: Opakovaným měřením bylo zjištěno, že skupina... Title: The effect of vibration training on the Power Plate on human performance Objectives: Following the training schedule, the groups will be tested and results compared; as well as the study results revealed. Methods: In my diploma work I set out to test 16 individuals, who undergo an 8 week training program on the Power Plate vibration technology machine. Eight women and eight men will be separated into two groups. The first group (four men, and four women) will exercise on a vibrating machine, whereas the second group will exercise on the machine without any vibrational stimulus.
