Název: Srovnání rehabilitačních přístupů u ženské močové inkontinence na různých pracovištích v ČR Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo stanovit procentuální zastoupení fyzioterapeutů, kteří se ve svých ordinacích setkávají s inkontinentními pacientkami a procentuálně rozlišit zda jsou odeslány specialistou nebo je inkontinence zjištěna až jimi. Určit, který způsob vyšetření pánevního dna u stresové inkontinence (diagnostikované a nediagnostikované) je prováděn nejčastěji. Zjistit s jakou věkovou skupinou žen se stresovou inkontinencí se fyzioterapeuti setkávají ve svých ordinacích nejčastěji. Určit, který způsob vyšetření pánevního dna u stresové inkontinence (diagnostikované a nediagnostikované) je prováděn nejčastěji Procentuálně stanovit, kolik z dotazovaných fyzioterapeutů používá v terapii stresové inkontinence "Ostravský koncept". Dalším cílem této práce je procentuálně vyjádřit informovanost fyzioterapeutů o novém klinickém standardu pro léčbu stresové inkontinence a technice PELVICORE. Informovat širokou veřejnost o ženské stresové inkontinenci moči. Metody: Výzkum byl proveden pomocí nestandardizovaného čtrnácitstránkového dotazníku. Tento nestandardizovaný dotazník byl emailově distribuován do 30 nemocnic. Podařilo se získat celkem 54 dotazníků a následně bylo zpracováno 50 dotazníků.... Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to determine the percentage of physiotherapists who have offices in their encounter with incontinent patients and percentage distinguish whether they are sent to a specialist or incontinence is known only by them. Determine which method of pelvic examination with stress incontinence (diagnosed and undiagnosed) is performed most often. Find out what the age group of women with stress incontinence with physiotherapists meet in their offices often.
