The theoretical section explains the concepts of nursing process, nursing documentation and its legal anchorage. In the empirical part there is compared the management of nursing documentation in hospitals of the region Mlada Boleslav. The survey was conducted aminy medical workers where was rated their satisfaction with the management of nursing documentation. In the end of the thesis there is the evaluation of management of nursing documentation for each department in the Regional Hospital Mlada Boleslav.
