cze Abstract:
The thesis compares the commitments declared by selected parlamentary political parties in their election programs and other conceptual documents, with the commitments included in the government resolutions in the following period, in this case meaning the years 2002 to 2010. Also it analyses the conceptual documents in the current social and political context and briefly describes the current legal framework for the work of media in the Czech Republic.
