Práce obsahuje přehled vývoje srbských bělehradských divadelních scén a dramatu v období od konce druhé světové války až do počátku 21. století. Důraz je kladen jak na důležité divadelní instituce, tak i na významné osobnosti srbského dramatu i společenské a politické události, které měly vliv na jejich tvorbu. Součástí práce je také základní rozbor tří dramatických textů novodobé srbské literatury a přehled repertoáru výrazných divadelních scén v Bělehradě. It focuses on the important theatrical institutions and founding personalities of Serbian drama, as well as social and political events which influenced their work. The thesis includes also short analyses of three contemporary dramatic texts and an overview of repertoire at significant theatres in Belgrade.
