Zbytky tkanin 14. století z královské hrobky u Sv. Víta Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nejen stručnou historií středověkých hedvábných tkanin nalezených v královské kryptě v roce 1928, ale hlavně se soustředí na skupinu fragmentů pocházejících ze společné rakve čtyř manželek Karla IV. a dalších osob. Výzkum byl prováděn v restaurátorských dílnách na Pražském hradě a zaznamenává současný stav pohřebních textilií. Nasbíráním co nejvíce informací bylo možno získat jasnější představu o původní hodnotě a kráse historicky nejvýznamnějšího materiálu. Víta - Textilie - Oděv - Užité umění - Členové královské rodiny - Gotické tkaniny Fourteenth century textile fragments from the royal crypt in St. Vitus Cathedral This bachelor work will give not only a brief history of the mediaeval silks found in the royal crypt in 1928 but mainly concentrate on a group of fragments originating from the common coffin of four wives of Charles the IV and other persons. The research done in the restoration workshop of the Prague Castle should record the present state of the funerary textiles and collect as many information as possible to get a clearer idea about the original value and beauty of the historically most important material.
