ICT představují v současné době velký potenciál pro zkvalitňování a zefektivňování vzdělávacího procesu a jeho řízení na základních školách. Málotřídní školy mají však některá specifika, která využití ICT komplikují. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo realizovat sondu do názorů a postojů ředitelů malotřídních škol týkajících se současného stavu a perspektiv využití ICT, jakož i bariér, se kterými se při tom ve školách setkávají. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Jako metody pro empirickou část bylo využito rozhovoru s malou skupinou ředitelů (předvýzkum) a dotazníku s uzavřenými i volnými otázkami, který zodpovědělo 181 ředitelů z celé ČR. Kromě odpovědí na výzkumné otázky byly od respondentů získány i některé náměty na možné způsoby a cesty k překonávání bariér a efektivnějšímu využití ICT na málotřídních školách. ICTs currently represent great potential for streamlining and improving of the educational process and its management in primary schools. But small schools have some specific features that complicate the use of ICT. The aim of this thesis was to implement the probe into the opinions and attitudes of directors of small schools on the current state and perspectives of ICT, as well as barriers they encounter in their schools. The work is of theoretical and also empirical character. As a method for the empirical part of the thesis the interview was used with a small group of directors (partial study) and a questionnaire with closed and free questions answered by 181 directors from the entire Czech Republic. In addition to answers to research questions also some suggestions for possible ways to overcome barriers and effective use of ICT in small schools were obtained from respondents.
