Ocelový dílec konstrukce je posouzen z hlediska bezpečnosti pravděpodobnostní metodou SBRA. Zatížení je vyjádřeno větrovou růžicí složenou ze dvou částí: první histogram vyjadřuje směr větru a druhý histogram délku trvání rychlosti větru v jednotlivých směrech. A steel component of a structure is assessed using SBRA method. The wind load is expressed by a wind rossete consisting of two histograms:one reffering to wind direction and the second to the wind speed duration. Using this two-component histogram the load effect is evaluated representing wind action in all directions.
