Bakalářská práce "Důvody růstu nesezdaného soužití v ČR aneb proč dnes lidé nevstupují do manželství" pojednává o okolnostech, které mohly mít vliv na nárůst existence nesezdaného soužití v České republice po roce 1989, a zjišťuje důvody nesezdaných párů pro volbu tohoto typu soužití. Nejprve přináší přehled teorií, které vysvětlují změny v rodinném chování - jejichž součástí je i rozšíření nesezdaných soužití - ve vyspělých společnostech v druhé polovině 20. století. Ty zdůrazňují hlavně hodnotové a ekonomické příčiny. Dále definuje nesezdané soužití a jeho dvě podoby: soužití předmanželské a alternativu manželství. Vymezuje vývoj nesezdaného soužití na našem území v celkovém kontextu proměn rodinného chování po roce 1989. Na základě teorií se práce zaměřuje na hodnotu manželství - ta je v naší společnosti stále vysoká - a také na dřívější a současnou politiku státu a z ní vyplývající zvýhodnění manželství či nesezdaného soužití. Ačkoliv nesezdané soužití není před manželstvím zvýhodněno, podpora manželství klesla. Zabývá se i rozdíly mezi oběma soužitími, které plynou z právních úprav. Právní řád ovlivněný tradičním pojetím rodiny a vztahů mezi mužem a ženou nechrání neformální svazky tak jako instituci manželskou. Poslední část práce vychází z rozhovorů s nesezdanými páry a představuje jejich... Bachelor thesis "Reasons of increasing cohabitation in the Czech Republic or why people don't get married nowadays" deals with circumstances that could have influenced increase of cohabitation in Czech republic after 1989 and is searching reasons of unmarried couples for favouring this type of relationship. It brings an overview of theories that explains changes in family behaviour - part of which is also expansion of cohabitation - in developed societies existing in second half of 20th century. These emphasize mainly economical and cultural reasons. Furthermore it defines cohabitation and its two types: premarital cohabitation and cohabitation as alternative of marriage. The work describes evolution of cohabitation in our area in context of changes of family behaviour after year 1989. Considering theories it focuses on value of marriage - which is still high in our society - and also on former and recent state policy that influence expediency of marriage and cohabitation. Despite the fact that cohabitation is not made more favourable than marriage, supporting of marriage decreased. It is also searching differences between both types of relationships in connection to law issues. The law is influenced by traditional vision of family and relations between man and women thus it is not protecting...
