Abstract: The impossibility of using the Arbitrary Point in Time-approach forthe probability of occurence (for the construction of a regularhistogram, used for ordinary loadings in static analysis) of earthquakeloading is shown by an construct such a histogram based on the checkedprobabilities of real earthquakes.
